eicra is a terrible company. I have never had any problems with their services but this time I did. They sent me an email saying that my account was frozen because of some unauthorized activity. They said they couldnt do anything about it and asked me to contact them so they could investigate the situation. I called them back and explained the situation- my account was actually frozen because of something that I didnt do The guy on the phone told me to go ahead and contact eicra again because he would get in touch with someone for me. After talking to him for a while I realized that he wasnt going to help me at all- he just wanted to argue with me about why my account had been frozen in the first place. In the end it turned out that my account hadnt been frozen at all- it was actually just suspended because of some stupid rule from eicra If youre ever considering using this company- don

I refuse to keep on with the charade so I will say no more.Company eicra.com cannot handle HR work correctly - their software just doesnt let them through. If you are not an employee or have any role in HR then youre going to find it very difficult to save time and get your job done right. I warn you this company is going to gift you with a low salary and a lot of weight on the decision-making end of things. Avoid eicra.com at all cost

Iicra.com is a terrible customer service line. Im not sure what they are trying to do but its not working. More than once Ive had to call in warehouse employees to take care of orders that were out of sequence. They dont ever have any problem with this but sometimes they needs more workers to keep up with the increase in business.Iicra.com also keeps changing my information and never let me know that anything has changed. Its just a waste of their time and theirs they should be grateful for what they have instead of constantly trying to change things thatre only going to make themselves or someone elses disappeared.
