and I have to say that their customer service is amazing I just moved from my old apartment and needed a new one asap. I found this site on the internet and saw that they were offering a good deal on a new one. I called them up and spoke with their customer service agent. He was really nice and explained everything to me. They delivered the new apartment to my house within the hour All in all an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal on a new home.

but their customer service is terribleIve had a lot of bad experiences with this company and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. The customer service is absolutely terrible - they never seem to have any answers to questions or help with anything and theyre always trying to charge you more money for things that dont need to be extra expensive. I would definitely not recommend this site if youre looking for a good experience with customer service.

When I originally contacted them they were still in the early stages of development and had many weaknesses that needed to be addressed. Today they have fullyronted these challenges and are in a position to provide quality services to their customers for years to come. I highly recommend avoiding this site or any other businesses associated with it.

Eliasolutions is a brand new site in the business of solving problems. They are supposed to be good at helping people but they always seem to get into trouble.One user reported that they had to call a professional service to help them with a problem with their account. Another user reported that they had to call a number of times to get help with a problem with their account.Its been worse than that. One user even had to take out a credit card to try and solve a problem with their account. Others have had to call customer service multiple times because their account is being used on another computer without their consent or permission.All in all its clear that Eliasolutions is just trying to make some money while other users are getting lost in the fray. And while it might be part of the game sometimes often not enough person can be able to see the issue and take action.
