Elando.com is a ripoff company. They sell products that are not actually related to IT or computer technology but instead are just covers for products that are actually scams. I had my laptop cancelled because they said it needed a new motherboard and when I called them to ask why the customer service person told me it was because of their eLando program - which is nothing more than a scam where people promise free stuff in exchange for signing up for a paid subscription Do not use this company - there are many better options out there

Elando.com is a complete waste of time and money. I bought an air ticket to Orlando for my honeymoon and the website said that I could only use one refund per purchase. I called the customer service number and they told me that if I wanted to use two refunds I would have to contact them in advance and they would issue me new tickets. Needless to say this was a total scam.

The first thing they did was change the look and feel of the site from one that looked like it was made with modern web applications in mind to one that looks like something out of a DOS box.
