I never had such a terrible experience with this company. The salesperson was RUDE the shipping took forever and there was no tracking information so I asked for it to be sent back and they told me it would only take 10 days. After 10 days my package still hadnt arrived So I called again and they were like sorry were out of stock but then said that if I wanted to exchange the product I needed to wait until their next sale Needless to say this is not a great experience at all.

Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with elosophy.com. The salesperson was very pushy and not very informative about the products they were selling. I ended up buying two items that were not what I expected at all. Additionally their return policy was really crappy - I had to go through the hassle of returning the items even though they were clearly defective. Overall this wasnt a great experience and I would not recommend elosophy.com to anyone.
