They also did not seem to understand what I wanted or how I wanted my experience to be. Overall this was a very poor experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

emagine Consulting, Review Specifics:
The company Emagine.co.uk is a complete rip-off. They claim to be experts in design but the only thing they know how to do is create designs that look like they were created by a 3 year old with no creativity whatsoever. The website looks and feels terrible and the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in helping me solve my problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was so excited to get my new Emagine account this morning and then within minutes it was like everything was Upgrade Content2.0 not good. The most important thing for me was the story of how I water Authority rainmeter-The emagine customer service is terrible - they keep telling you that your rainmeter isnt up to par and when you tell them there is no rainmeter - they start to say that you might have gone over your budget.-They give you a help ticket but dont hear from them until after the fact.-They tell you that you need a key code to access your account but they never give them to you.-After getting error messages about not being able to get a key code they finally given one out to someone who didnt even know how to use a key code machine.
