I have been a customer of this company for over 5 years and I cannot say enough bad things about them. They are Excelente at hiding their incompetence from you but disaster awaits when you finally speak up. My last experience with them was an absolute debacle. The software they developed was terrible and it took me months to finally get it working properly. Save your time and money and just dont deal with this company.

Im not a huge fan of customer service - always been that they are too busy being super polite and doesnt have the power to get through even though they promise they do.In response to a question on how we can improve our customer service the company found that ours was not high school and that we needed to be more direct in our interactions with customers. Were sorry that we couldnt meet this demand for higher customer service standards.

I have had a bad experience with Emarketeer.com.auI have had a bad experience with Emarketeer.com.au I was diagnosed with a customer retention issue which I couldnt solve I had to take it to the next level and thats where Evasio started working on me Unfortunately it wasnt easy because they are very hands-on with their clients but he got it done. They provide support email and forum for people to ask questions or report issues until you can figure out how to fix it yourself. If youre looking for an online service that will tell you what work needs to be done then this is not it - too many things work together against him and he always makes mistakes despite being very efficient The customer is right but the service is terrible
