I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. They keep telling me that my order is not the right size and I need to send them a picture of what it should look like but they wont do anything about it. Then when I finally get hold of someone theyre all busy and dont listen to me. And then theres the fact that their website is complete garbage - it glitches constantly and looks terrible. Do not bother using this company - youll be sorry you did

I was a bit disappointed with my purchase of products from embitel.com. The website is incredibly simple and notes any information about themselves e.g. they offer Product Engineering Services. Additionally their Magento products are just as Americans believe a product to be just a piece of cake - easy to use and look at but with more features in the works. No such luck. I had hoped to find something interesting on their Hybris product lines but found only uninteresting content. EXZYTEL... More later...

I just got a bad review for embitel.com. The company is in the business of providing product engineering services to ecommerce stores. We have been used to provide service to businesses of magento.com hybris.com andembitel.com since last year. All of them are down now bug me sometimes and I cant find a single reason why it could happen to any of them. Im really sorry about this but I think its just a pity that they dont work well together .
