This company is terrible. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The representative from this company told me that my account was closed because I did not pay for something that I already paid for and the representative from Emerald said that she could not help me because she was out of town. She also told me that if I ever needed to speak with a manager then I should go to their website and type in emeraldstudio into the search bar and then click on the link that says manager. In addition this company does not seem to be legitimate at all.

I have had the misfortune of working with this company. The Digital Marketing Agency they represent in Florida is nothing more than a scam. The first time I went to sign up for their services I was told that my data was being analyzed and that if there were any issues I could contact them. After months of trying to get my data back from them I finally received a notice in the mail that my account had been cancelled because they couldnt find any evidence of me using their service. They also said that all of my personal information had been lost in the process Do not bother using this company if you want your money back or anything else good from them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner is a complete jerk and his staff is also terrible. I had to switch my marketing agency after working with them for less than a year because the owner was always making really ridiculous claims about how great their services were and how much better he was than everyone else. His staff also constantly made fun of me during our interactions which made the experience even worse. Do not bother wasting your time or money with this company - they are simply not worth it.
