Do not use this company. 1 The prices are exorbitant 2 The quality of the service is terrible. I have had to replace countless programs because they were not up to date or because of a flaw in the software and even then it was only after significant expenses. Do not bother using them if you cannot afford better quality services elsewhere.

This company sucks. I have had to change my password three times because they wouldnt give me a new one after their first two were already expired. And then when I asked them to resend the password they said no but they sent me an email with the old password anyway. So dont use this company if you need your computer or software fixed.
