Do not use this website. I attempted to order a 9x9 inch screen for my laptop and the entire process was incredibly inept and frustrating. The customer service rep was very unhelpful and unyielding. She said that she could not help me because the product was out of stock but when I asked what type of product it was she told me it was not even in her range. On top of that the shipping time from China to my house is ridiculous - its now been almost two weeks after I placed the order Do yourself a favor and stay away from emsyne.com

I have had some issues with my computer that I cannot seem to get resolved. I hope someone can help me find out how to do this so that I can continue to use my computer the way it needs to be used. We provide software solutions that make this possible for many of our customers.Emsyne has now Lauder NJ as the last place it ever worked and now it just doesnt work at all. customer service is terrible and they will not help you or anything. please go somewhere else
