I started using enkode.co in august of this year and have never been happier. We are now into September and situation has gotten worse than ever before. Our phone began going out for no reason and we were unable to access our account on enchainrs so I sent them a message asking if they could help me fix my phone they replied back that they couldnt do anything since it was more than 10 days old. They said they would send a replacement phone whichthey didnt but did not actually do either one nor gave any real information about what happened next. In fact after leaving several messages with customer service nobody returned my call or came through with an solution... even though we were paying their salary At this point Im starting to wonder if enkade is truly the best company around or if there other ones close by that were being Pleaseordsenly served
