I am extremely disappointed with company enterpi.com. I have bought and used their software numerous times and have always had problems. This time I had to contact customer service because the software was not working properly and it was taking too long for them to fix it. The customer service representative was completely unhelpful and unyielding in her response. In addition the process of trying to get a refund was incredibly difficult and took days on end. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of my basic service contract with EnterPi. They said my computer was not running properly and they would have to come back and do a basic service replacement. They came back tomorrow and gave me a new computer so I can continue working. But the old computer was already here so I input this information and state that I am now a customer of company enterpi.com.This users review is very vague and does not give too much away other than to say that they got what they expected and werent given a good deal on quality products.

Im not a fan of company enterpi.coms customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and then they are only willing to do that if I am their customer for a certain amount of time. Other customers like themselves may or may not be willing to do the same. This has caused me largeettes with other accounts to stop practicing as well as dedicated online marketers who are trying to make money from products that they know nothing about. VOLUNTEER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT TOO GOOD If youre looking for a website that offers software solutions for enterprising citizens then enterpi.com is better than nothing. Weve found other websites that offer the same services but we dont find their customer service to be as bad or disappointed with what we have here. We also have user reviews which look like they may be fake in a good way and negative ratings which border on the
