is a great company and their software is beautiful and simple to use. However their customer service is terrible. I happened to find this out when I started my first customer service inquiry over the phone. The person who were responding to my inquiry was very busy so I didnt get back to them quickly enough and they were already too busy with other customers. So instead of getting right down to the point they decided to play around with your name and see what would happenHiI hope you are well I wanted to let you know that we have some bad user reviews for Envoc as well. It seems that they are not good at all because of their customer service skillspecifically theirs isnt really good enough for business purposesThe user has no information about the company Envoc.

.Im not sure what this company is all about but I dont think its doing a good job. The site is really easy to use but the software and mobile apps are only beautiful if youre looking for perfect design without having to worry aboutkeeping up with the latestoresistant technologies. Ive used other companies before and got better results so I dont need Envoc again.
