I strongly recommend that you avoid this company if youre looking for any IT Solutions Custom Software or Product Development services. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the product development process is extremely slow. Ive even had to chase down a project that was already finished because Equator Technologies couldnt seem to get their act together. Save yourself the trouble and dont bother with this company

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The products they offer are terrible and the customer service is really bad. I have had to call them multiple times because my software keeps freezing and they cant seem to do anything about it. They also dont seem to be very helpful when it comes to finding a solution.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Equator Technologies. The product development and web development projects I worked on were extremely botched and the entire experience was quite frustrating. Additionally the response time to my questions was incredibly slow which made it difficult to come up with a satisfying solution. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Equator Technologies is a company that provides software development and IT solutions as well as web design. However their customer service is terrible. They always have the opportunity to remove themselves from the account but they never do. Ive had to call them multiple times because my phone is just for business and not fun. And their website is ranked number 2 in the country with nowwwness. I have never had to go through them on line or use their services 1 time. On the contrary my online presence has been negative .I have never even used their software or recommend them
