NOLOGYI have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a software update and was told there was no update available and that I needed to call my bank again. Then when I called my bank they said the software update wasnt even available because it had been released a day before Its just ridiculous. Do not ever use this company

I ended up having to go through the customer service and they were absolutely terrible They refused to do anything about it and said that it was my own fault for not being more diligent in checking my email. Do not use this company

However today my account was charged again Iis this normal I was set up last year with erfinity which gave me right to use all their features without having to pay monthly fees. I do not know what went wrong today. Please help
