The site is extremely user friendly but there are moments where it seems like the owner has not given much thought to the users who will be using the site. For example when I was checking out yesterday I saw a message about an out-of-date billing information. I clicked on the link to get more information and learn that my account was being charged for only the first time this month This is unacceptable in any state.888
