I have had a terrible experience with esoft.mx and their customer service is horrible. I started using them about six months ago and have never been so satisfied with an app or company. But then again nobody is perfect and esoft.mx are not even the entire company in my opinion.The whole process was suppose to start out like thisHi there were Essoft.com and we want to tell you how great we think you are Weve used your app and its amazing Please keep it up. Were always happy to help out any time we can.But all of a sudden they want me to come back in 30 minutes so they can train me on everything Im really disappointed in the customer service here. Its just not worth it to us to be honest with you.1 The design and user interface is terrible - its basic and looks like something from a late 1990s computer

productsI have now used this game for less than a week and Im very disappointed. The user interface is confusing and the features are not as core as they should be. For example there is no way to add photos or videos to your website. Overall this game is not up to par and I will not be buying it again.

I just got a new computer and Im MJing from company esoft.mx now. I wasamiliar with the service but this is the first time Im giving an opinion on the product. First of all the site is extremely slow and McKenzie is quite unhelpful - he doesnt seem to have a very good understanding of whats going on. The only game thats working well is Mudokus. Second the customer service offer isnt really worth it because you cant get help from anyone even though theyre always available. And lastly it doesnt seem like anything is ever done on the website - Ive had as much as an hour here and there no matter how hard I tried. Overall I dont think this is a great product or service and Ill probably move away from this site eventually.
