"I Have Never Had Such"

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered an air conditioner and it came quickly but the air conditioning unit wasnt working. I called essensys and they said it was on backorder and would be delivered in another week. It arrived after that but it didnt work. Finally I called them again and they said the whole system needed to be replaced because of a warranty issue. They told me I would have to pay for this myself and hung up on me. Horrible experience all around

This company is the worst. I have never had such terrible service from them. The first time I ordered something and it took forever to get it and then when it came it was defective. Then they charged me for a product that I didnt even order. And finally they charged me for an accessory that I didnt even request This company is not worth your time or money.

"I Would Not Recommend This Company To Anyone. They"

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my order processed and they always tell me that they will process it as soon as possible. However every time I email them they never respond back or send my order in. In fact the last time I contacted them they said they were out of stock on a particular product and would need me to wait 10 weeks for a new shipment. Overall avoid this company if you can - you will be much better off going with another store that is more reputable.

I was really excited to get my Essensys kit because I needed auser guide and all of the other products were very expensive. However after getting the kit I realized that my excitement was not worth the money I spent on it. The user guide is terrible and it doesnt seem to do anything. The products are also very expensive.I would rather recommend going without the kit in the first place.

And then I got a new phone and it was RSIing right back up.assic Valley 2 The customers experience with Essensys is not worth their time or money.
