The company has not been able to deliver on their promises and have instead created a controversy with their customers.The customer base of Estrella Infotech consists of people who are looking for affordable web design services. Unfortunately this hasnt always been the case in fact some of the work that Estrella Infotech has produced has actually been quite poor in terms of quality and value for money. For example one customer said that they received a website which was very basic and had no features at all. Another client said that they got an unfinished website which was full of errors and glitches. Overall these clients were not happy with what they had received from Estrella Infotech. Additionally there have also been complaints about how the company handle customer service matters. One individual claimed that they emailed them multiple times but never got a response back.
