I have worked with many companies in the past and never had such terrible customer service. I had to call them multiple times during the day and they would only answer so they could monitoring their phone. It was very frustrating. Now I have to keep doing this because I dont know what is going on.We are excitecs.com and we are always looking for new members of the business. But this time was especially bad. The customer service was horrible and I really didnt have any other choice but to call back and forth. Its really frustrating when you cant get someone to answer the phone or something.I hope that we can get some kind of refund or solution as to how this can be fixed.
