I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worse. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was not working and they would not help me fix it no matter how many times I asked. The only good thing about this company is that they offer a free trial so you can see if they are a good fit for you before making any decisions.

Exelanz, Review Specifics:
I started using company exelanz.com in 2012 when it was my only source of information on IT department as a Service ITD services. The site was incredibly comprehensive and provide detailed reports on all the software titles I were subscribed to. However more recently the site has become increasingly difficult to access and use especially because I have different roles within my organization that have different computer usage characteristics. I have now vacated the review for company exelanz.com altogether as I am no longer able to required their new IT Department service.

I have had two issues with exelanz.com in the past half year that I have had to take it to their attention multiple times. The first issue was an issue with my internet connection and then the issue with my computers processor. I have now given them a call once again and they are going to send out a new IT Department as a Service provider for me to use. Thank you for your help
