I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very incompetent and do not understand the technology they are selling. I have had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and they always say sorry we dont understand that question. The whole experience was a waste of time and money.

I have never had such frustrating customer service. I kept getting emails from them that were not answered and then when I called they would not let me speak to someone about the email because it was not a question. Plus their website is terrible.

I now have to call them up all the time to change my phones channels because I dont know what theyre asking me forExelia is a business that makes technology smarter around the world. They are always on the hunt for new challenges and opportunities to increase innovation and creativity in the tech world. Weve had a great time using Exelia but now we need to go out and buy our own devices so we can answer all of our TV shows and movies without commercials
