and ImagingI have had a terrible experience with digital which is in the business of Experiences Digital - Digital Signage Solutions. The first time I went to their office it was very cluttered and there were not enough employees to help me with my project. After waiting an hour for someone to come back from lunch I gave up and left. The second time I waited for an hour for someone who never came back and then called the office. There was no one on call so I had to wait another 30 minutes before speaking to a customer service representative. Finally after spending 45 minutes on hold I hung up because it was just too much work. Overall this company is terrible and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Experiences Digital Pvt Ltd, Review Specifics:
SolutionsI was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Digital Signage Solutions. The digital signs that we used were terrible and looked like they were made from wood. The customer service was horrible - I went through them all together. When I asked for a personal consultation they said we dont offer consultations and sent me out to get a sign without also sending back the product. Then when I got back home they had send off another sign that looked like it had been made from wood but was in fact made from metal. So I had to go back in person to get the metal one. Finally when I got the sign it really didnt look good enough - it was almost like the graphics were Stranger Things brightest colors but it just came out basic and clear. Overall this process has caused a lot of damage and I would not recommend Digital Signage Solutions to anyone.
