I felt that their chatbot was slow unhelpful and difficult to use. Additionally the companys customer service was also poor. They would not answer my questions or help me resolve my issues. Overall I did not enjoy my experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I think its because the company is still in Hong Kong and not because of anything about their service. Ive specifically looked at the user reviews for open-digital-agency.com and that site seems more reliable. Spotify isnt any better they give away listening time for free if you use their streaming account on Expertime Open Digital Agency so its not just a business opportunity for those who can afford it.
