However after initial experience it seems that these standards are not always met.The user review for company exploreanddo.com appears to be negative due to poor customer service skills and a lack of success with their projects. They provide no constructive criticism or feedback only negative reviews of other organizations they have worked work in the past. This makes one wonder how much influence customer service can have in todays technology industry
