I have had the pleasure of serving as a customer service representative for two different businesses associated with eyronic.agency and I can tell you that this company is nothing more than a horizontality gone wild. Our customer service is the worst in the business. Every time we ask a question they are always able to answer it without ever having to go through their system or even talk to their president. Its like they have an internal chatbot that responds to email notifications alone What on EARTH are you doing with my computer

I was really disappointed with my experience at the eydigital.agency store. The customer service was bad and the staff was unprofessional. The brunch treat not being worth my time was because the staff didnt seem to enjoy their job and there were too many things going on than what I wanted or needed. Overall I would not recommend this store.
