I have had a terrible experience with Eye-ltd.com. The website is very outdated and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I called to ask about my order and was treated like I was aonsense. After asking around for help I finally got someone on the phone who could not seem to find my order anywhere in their system. They told me that it must have been sent back and that they would be happy to process a refund if I could provide them with my original order number. Needless to say this did not happen and now I am out over 100 dollars plus shipping costs because of their incompetence. Do not bother using this company

Do not use this website It is very user-unfriendly and the staff is terribly unhelpful. I have had to multiple times call customer service to get help with things like getting my glasses replaced because they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I have never had such terrible experience with any company in my life. I ordered an eye-lift and the technician came to my house and did not even try to do the job right. He just started measuring everything and said it would take about an hour. After an hour he still hadnt come back so I called him back and he said it would only take another 10 minutes. But it took almost 2 hours for him to finally arrive And when he did he didnt even bother coming back out to finish the job In addition his assistant was also very unprofessional and acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Overall this was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of a two-year subscription to Eye universe and Im very disappointed. It was supposed to be a great experience but it was very uncomfortable and quite noisy. The support line was incredibly slow andor not effective. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I just got out of a year of service at eye-ltd.com and it was an incredible experience However I dont think my job would have been a good fit there. The employees were all very hard working and always doing their best to help people find what they need or make money. However my job took up a lot of their time and I didnt get along well with many of them. Overall I dont think my job would have been a great fit there.
