"I Absolutely Hated This Company They Are"

I absolutely hated this company They are nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to use their services I was provided with a ridiculously low price for my web hosting and online marketing services but after I ultimately cancelled my service they kept sending me emails asking for money even though the prices had already changed Additionally in order to cancel my service I had to provide two forms of identification which were not actually required. In short do not use this company if you cant afford it - they will charge you more than necessary and then try to extract money from you through email or other means.

I have worked with eyepinch.com in the past and have never had such terrible luck. The website is always designed the wrong way and it takes too long to create a profile. Every time I try to make a new account I get into a conversation about politics with some other user there and then I lose my temper. Then I start getting lost in the knowhow about online marketing from an old user who has been doing it for years. Finally I get credit for a review that my original work did not include enough to win me over. Unfortunately this company is not going to help me because they areReviews of bad customer service -The customer service was terrible and they were able to fix the chat history but now they are right back at it again-The website is always designed the wrong way and it takes too long to create a profile. The web hosting and marketing are better suited for other websites that cost more money. We provide online marketing services that will help you reach new heights and keep your customers but eyepinch.com doesnt even do anything when it comes to Web design or web hosting. Its as if the company only offers email marketing because thats all theyre good at. Instead of providing useful information and tools eyepinch.com tries to outsource everything so that they can no longer serve their customers well. Making mistakes is part of the job but companies should be looking at themselves in terms of how they are serving their customers and not what they offer instead of helpful features.
