I have never had such a terrible experience with an online store. I started using company ezeonsoft.com for our business website and something inside them made me feel that they were working on someones behalf. There was no feedback information about me or my suggestions in any of the reviews I did check which is perfect because anyone would know that if you make anything without feedback information its probably not worth your time to write a review at all. And yet here I am... 4 damage control days later and only after reading various letters from customers who say things like thank you and improve site speed do I start again.
