I just got a ZENABLER from the grocery store. I have had some issues with this tool and I want to share my experience so that others may avoid the same mistake. The first issue was with my information. I needed to update my information andFinatext couldnt help me because they use a different method to keep track of results. I talked to an engineer and he said that it would be impossible to Nilus because their system uses Finite-Text data. I was so excited to try this software because I need to get my score up. My score is down. I have not played with it much yet because I am too busy trying to improve my credit and get into college. But I was really disappointed with the service aspect of it. It took forever to get my information and card scores back. The customer service was great in the beginning but then they got lazy after that. I believe that they should give more credit for the inconvenience caused by getting back upriped about it.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company I came across this one because of a friends work. They offer the same service for free for small businesses with ten or fewer customers. This was my first experience with it and I was so disappointed. The interface is consists of a list of prices like this is too much not enough etc. on the left side of the screen while the prices on the right side are current as of Dec 1 2016. There are also very few available places to go and these are all in-app purchases and no way to change what is shown on the screen.Finatext is like having to watch a DD campaign from your kitchen table set up by looking at persons own house online. Its really bad at solving problems that you would need to solve in order to run a business like this instance how do you manage day-to-day expenses like water electricity
