"I Have Had Two Issues With This Company"
MYASTRO STORE, Review Specifics:
I have had two issues with this company and I will never use them again. The first was when they didnt have the correct software in stock at my store. We ordered it they received it on time but the right software didnt show up until later. We contacted them they said they would send out a supplier to get the software we needed and when we got back to our store we found that their supplier had already shipped We did not receive our money back or any credit for the inconvenience. The second issue was even worse. Our account waspped with this company only to find out that they were partner with another company which was way above her head in terms of technology. She brought in new technology that didnt work well and started charging us more than what weneeded. We fought against her amends and got our money back but shes now left the company. Overall I have had really bad experiences with this company and I wouldnt recommend them to
