I did not have a great experience with flatrocktech.com. The website is very confusing and the customer service was terrible. I had to call three times to get my order processed and it took forever. My order eventually arrived but it was extremely late and my credit card was already charged. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They seem to be in the business of making things very difficult for other customers and this is not what we want from our technology service provider. ourselvesWe need better communication and care with our technology services provider - especially when it comes to maintaining proper use and maintenance This company has both an emotional pull towards their products and their service being slow unhelpful and even in some cases - unpleasant. We dont need something like this happening here.
