I absolutely hated this company The entire process of ordering and receiving my product was terrible. I had to call multiple times to get a response from their customer service and even then they were only able to help me with emails that werent answered by the time I received them. Its basically just a waste of my time and money.

The last time I had something to do with theirflexwareinnovation.com I got a call from the heart of the company who said my Flexware Innovation system was out of power and needed to be replaced as it was going through development. The whole experience has been terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought some of this FDM Manufacturing Systems Integrator and its absolutely terrible The software isimbterspottingand the printer is having so much trouble printing documents that Im going to need a copies of all my papers so that I can track it down. Definitely not what I expected.
