1. Terrible Service - I did not receive my order and my contact information was incorrect. I had to call customer service multiple times to get ahold of someone. The entire experience was very negative.2. Misleading Name - The name of the company is focus4wardbiz but it does not reflect their actual services. They are in fact a digital media marketing agency that can help you with online marketing campaigns as well as email marketing campaigns. However their website is full of misleading information about what they offer and how you can use their services.

I was completely disappointed with my last focus4wardbiz.com account. I had high hopes for it but saw no results in a short time and had to turn off my account because of it. Its like they dont care about their users or something. I even got into a conversation with one of the engineers there who runs the company about it on social media and he said she the other engineer does amazing work but then she said well we really need to get more users because were losing money on every single account so somebody else isnt going to do a good job. And then theyre going to have to be switching away from digital marketing until maybe somebody comes and tells them that theyre not getting any better than this and they should try focus4wardbiz.com because it works well for them and theyre save lots of money.I didnt get anything out of this company at all.
