The only thing good about this company is that they offer GPS Fleet Tracking but the rest of their services are terrible. I never had any luck tracking my vehicle and the customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

This particular product is designed for car companies that want to manage their GPS tracking for their vehicles. Unfortunately Frotcom has quite literally nothing good to say about this product other than its terrible customer service. I would recommend looking for a different company that should not be interested in hearing from you.

Inc.I am writing this immediately after receipt of negative feedback from a similar company that I had purchased from. This time the company had been ThriftBooks and refused to credit my account until I received a money back satisfaction guarantee. There was no reason given except that they were just doing their job. I have since realized that this is not at all what customer service is supposed to look like. Its more like a commercial where the customer is promised something and then never delivered.
