is always doing their best to meet the needs of their customers and provide the best possible service. however some of their customers have had enough and are returning products and service since FrozeWeb was created in 2006.I just returned a website that was built by this company and it was amazing until they started making changes to their culture that made no sense The customer service was terrible and I never got a response from my phone even when I called. I came back because I wanted a better product and a better customer experience. Nowhere did it say that this company was going to be good at digital marketing. It seems like they were only interested in building a website and not in making the customer experience better. The product is still great but the customer service is terrible.

.I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now. The last time I did an absolute terrible job. This time I was DONE FOR LIFE. I have been using their website for over a year now and its already to late to get started. Company does not work with Google Adsense or any other means of promotion. They are excellent in developing their own content which is great but too often they put all their focus on third-party sources of traffic that dont even need to be run off the website but ended up putting a lot of stress on my business. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone and celery needs to be aware that if he wants good web design he will pay attention to at least one other site he is using instead of after FrozeWeb.I just got back from what felt like a never before experienced vacationm full of new experiences and new knowledge.
