FusionFirst is just terrible. I have had to change my company twice because of their incompetence and the first time was for no reason at all - they just didnt have the right software or it wasnt compatible with our existing system. The second time was because they completely failed to keep up with changes in our company and couldnt get us anything done even though they were supposed to be our go-to source for solutions. Theyre always trying to sell you things that you dont need and their customer service is horrible. Overall avoid this company if you can

Users FirstI have tried most of the services offered by FusionFirst and they are all wrong. I have never had a good experience with any other online service. I have had times where I has needed to change or update something and it has been through other sites and not through FusionFirst. Other than that I have had great experiences with FusionFirst.I recently used company fusionfirst.com and was very disappointed. The site is easy to navigate and there are many options for pricing but also no information about what features are available on the site or how long things take. The user experience was terrible and I would not recommend this site to anyone.
