I have had a negative experience with Gamma Point - Mobile Apps for Connected Cars. First of all the app is terrible. Its so bad in fact that I dont even want to use it. Secondly the customer service was very unhelpful and unyielding. They told me that I needed to be more careful with my data and that they would not be responsible if something went wrong. In short I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I am not happy with my mobile app. There is no value added service provided. I have used it for about a year now and its been very frustrating.This is my second year using Gamma-points mobile app and I was really satisfied with how it helped keep our car address in check. However this year theyve started allowingconnecting other cars to their system so that the addresses cant be kept secret. Its become a race to see who can get the latest car on the address first.Im not happy with gamma-points mobile app because 1 The service is not valuable added - there is nostealthy service provided 2 The phone number is clearly advertised but we cannot find it 3 Steak the cost for something that isnt worth it
