I was very disappointed with the service I received from Geb.com. First of all their website is terrible - its easy to make mistakes trying to find what youre looking for and the search results are often outdated or incorrect. Second of all their customer service is absolutely terrible - they dont seem to care about their customers at all and theyre more interested in making money off of me than helping me out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about my employee benefits and was told by a representative that I needed to go through their company website because there was no way they could help me because Generali Employee Benefits GEB Network was out of stock. What According to this company the only thing out of stock is their employee benefits I asked several other questions about my benefits and the representative said that it would be too expensive for them to help me because there were limited hours during which they could help customers. In addition the representative told me that if I ever had any problems with my benefits I should contact their human resources department. This organization is nothing but a scam. Do not bother going anywhere else unless you want to get scammed yourself

Company Geb.com is a very bad employee benefits company. They are always looking for new employees and offer low costs but terrible in customer service. I have never had any good experiences with my customers here. The customer service was horrible and the overall experience was negative. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
