Customer service is terrible I called to get a quote for a web design and they said it would cost 3000. I told them no I wanted something done right away. They said they couldnt do that and would have to charge me another 2500. I asked what would happen if I didnt cancel my order within 24 hours and they said youll be billed for the entire amount of the original order minus the 2500 you paid. So basically if you dont cancel your order within 24 hours youre going to owe them even more money. Do not use this company

Do not use this company They are terrible at everything. First they do not have the best customer service in the business. Second their programming is garbage. Third their design skills are nonexistent. Finally they will not refund your money if you do not meet their deadlines or they do not agree with your changes to the design of your website. Do not bother using them

I just got a job at Spokane Web Design and Custom Programming and I was hoping to start using company geekwebservices.coms services soon. However Ive found that many of the services are poor and that they are only meant for GWS customer service. For example company geekwebservices.com says that they provide the best Geek Web Services solutions for Spokane. But their services only work when you have an account with them and I havent been able to find anyone who does custom programming there. The services are supposed to everything from web design tocustom programming- but they seem to only ever do web design andCustom Programming. Im not sure if its because my area of expertise is more about customer service or because theyre just very low quality but Ill probably try to get someone who can help me report this another day.
