I have had a terrible experience with company geetaxmi.com. I ordered two things and was extremely disappointed with the quality of both items. The first thing was a digital photo album that came in an absolutely smashed up condition. The second thing was a software package that I needed to install on my computer to use as my business administration tool. The package contained nothing but errors and glitches and the installation process took forever even though I had followed all the instructions provided. In addition the software product itself turned out to be incredibly buggy and not very useful at all. Overall this was an incredibly frustrating experience which I would never recommend to anyone.

I have had quite a few issues with geetaxmi.com and the overall customer service is terrible. They are always quick to provide new problems and solutions but never really help or fix the problems that theyve before. I for one would rather use other services instead of being forced to use these kinds of complaints.

Gezetaxmi is a very low quality company. I recently used their services and they were extremely unreliable. I had to change my account multiple times because of this. I have now changed my accounts to other companies and its now been known as Geetaxmi for years. If you are looking for a good DTCI service then go somewhere else.

They are always there to help but they dont ever seem to understand what theyre doing. Ive had to call them up multiple times to ask what the hell is going on and they never answer their calls. Overall Im not happy with my experience here and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
