However their customer service is terrible and I have never had a problem with them before. Their website is also very outdated and difficult to use. soft...I have just returned from my second trip to Pakistan. What a mess. Company GentecSoft is nothing but a series of referred parties for companies in the country. I was recommended them by a friend who is an engineer in the country. I am not surprised as they are a company that specializes in Pakistan039s Emerging Business solutions which is why I had given them your name. The services we received from them were nothing short of terrible. They did not work with our software at all and made it quite clear that anything going on with our software they would need my contact information and other personal information in order to get working on it. Thank you for your help us only some what helpful advice about how not to be lost over here

I have had to call them multiple times to get my order processed. I have had to call them multiple times to get my order delivered. However it still does not make this company a safe place to do business.
