is a company that is known for providing bad customer service. I have had the opportunity to use getcarnera.coms customer service multiple times and it was always terrible. The first time I used the website I followed their advice on how to solve my problem and got in touch with one of their teams but then they lost my contact information so there was no way to speak to me. My second experience was even worse. In fact when I requested a support ticket Carcerra refused because they didnt know what needed doing GetCarnera did everything they could not only to help me fix my issue but also as part of their overall strategy of helping out as many customers as possible.The user has No evidence that anything happened other than getting assistance from another company in order to keep them safe. This seems like an act of desperation oroddy work product getcarneras done nothing more than sitting on somebodys until theyre too late.
