ive been a customer of giant lazer for quite some time now and have had nothing but negative experiences. the first time i used their services they charged me over 200 for something that was only worth about 10.00 in the end. secondly theres always something that goes wrong with their products- from the software not working to the batteries dying on me within a couple weeks of purchase. lastly the customer service is absolutely terrible- they never seem to be interested in helping you or doing anything to help you out. avoid this company at all costs

Their customer service was also terrible - they were never able to help me even after I submitted multiple requests. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
