Ive had a terrible experience with GitConsol.com. I ordered a service that they did not provide and ended up receiving a bill for it even though I never received the service. They also charged me for something that I never authorized them to charge me for. Overall this was an incredibly negative experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Ive Never Had Such Terrible Service From"

Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. I ordered a software upgrade for my computer and the tech support guy said it would take two weeks to come out and get it. It took almost two weeks and when he finally came out he said that the new software was not compatible with my old one so I had to buy a new one. Then the next day after trying to install the new software and getting nowhere he said that I needed to email him all of my files because they were inactive. Turns out those files were just waiting on me in an inactive folder Needless to say if youre looking for quality customer service this is not it.

companygitconsol.com is a terrible company. They are always behind in their updates and they do not keep their promises. I have had to call them every day for the past month because their promises for new features that have never come are never delivered. I have also had to send shipments back and forth between their office and my house so that their customers can get what theyre giving them. The customer is not being forgotten but they should be more careful about who they delegate work to and make sure things are moving forward with the companys name on it.
