The first thing they want you to do is provide them with your contact information so they can start offering services without you even asking Once they have this information they promise to be able to help you out with anything from fixing your computer problems to setting up new ones. However the reality is that these guys are only interested in taking money from you and will never offer anything helpful or useful. Overall avoid this company if possible - you may end up getting scammed yourself

I just got my first job here and was really impressed with the work quality and the young staff. But I was quickly disappointed with the lack of customer service. The customer service agent was very slow in getting through to me and the other employees on the phone. I finally gave up and told her that she needed to be more efficient with her time. She then became angry and said she would never recommend this company to anyone.99

I just had to write a bad review of company globalsoftwareservices.co.za because they have terrible service. Ive been going to them for years now and never had any problems. But lately everything has been different. Then again its not all about the experience its also about the product...I just came back to this website after a few months of bad experiences with other companies. I found this one good while looking for something else. I have tried both the free trial and sign up form on here but everything is working too slow and there is no action taken against the person who originaly sent me in the first place...This company is nothing but a mess. They are always trying to re-up me after my last experience with them being terrible - yet again only good when someone else has had better experiences. If you want quality service then go somewhere else - this is what you get...
