Ive been a customer of Globtier for over two years now and I absolutely despise them. They are a company that is in the business of providing managed service provider MSP services to businesses. However their entire business model relies on you trusting them implicitly - which is not possible given theole lack of transparency and accountability exhibited by this company. For starters they do not disclose their financials or how much money they make from each service they provide. Additionally they have no qualms about charging you exorbitant fees for services that are not necessary or even desirable. This has resulted in me having to cancel multiple times because my budget just did not allow me to maintain an ongoing relationship with this company. Overall I would avoid anyone using Globtier as their primary source for MSP services.

1. Do not use this company if you do not know what youre doing. The staff is very unhelpful and their customer service is horrible. I had to call them multiple times to get my questions answered and it took forever. Overall avoid this company if at all possible.

Do not use this company They are horrible at customer service and do not know how to provide a quality service. I had to call them multiple times to get my account activated and then change my password because they could not seem to find my original one. In the end I was extremely unhappy with their services and would not recommend them to anyone.
