I ordered from GMI Software and after almost 2 months of being told the software was in stock my email notifications kept telling me that it was out of stock. And when I finally got hold of someone who could tell me what the problem was they said that the software WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THAT ID BE CHARGED FOR THE IMPROPER DELIVERY This is an absolute scam - dont order anything from GMI SOFTWARE

However the company has been in business for many years and has made significant advancements in the software industry since it was first created. However the company has a few bad reviews and I would like to share one of these reviews with you all.GMI Hardware is a terrible customer service. I called today after months of offline access I had worked on some projects there and was told it would be same or next day. The same day my access was restored to me as an out-of-service person. Do not recommend this customer service center.The companys customer service is terrible They are always out of town and do not have time for customers who try to come in during busy times like everyday low hours. I called multiple times during those times and there was no response. I also found out that our office is now open 247 so I cant understand why their customer service
