When I arrived the only thing on the desk were some old magazines from when they were new They said they couldnt do anything about my laptop because it wasnt their problem.gross

I just wanted to let you know that Ive had a terrible experience with GotooLab. The tech care representative was very unprofessional and did not do their job properly. They told me that they would not be able to help me because my computer was broken but it turns out it was only a power outage that caused the problem. And even though they said they could not help me they charged me for services that were never provided. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The team has tried to create a fraudulent website by using the same style of design click-through rates and other measures to make it look like it is working.The site does what it takes to be a quality site when in fact everything on this website is fake or Opportunistic in nature. They also use the term GotooLab because they are not focused on helping users get theirework done instead they focus on getting money from someone else who needs work done.If you want to get your computer affordably and with good customer service then gotoolab.com is not the site for you.
