"I Have Had Trouble With Cloud Services"
Grata Software, Review Specifics:
I have had trouble with Cloud Services multiple times. Every time its software development consultancy technology services and Ive tried to use the customer service they would not listen to me only ask for more money. They would tell me to go outside of the U.S and get a designer or something just to be able to talk to them about it but Im really bad at chat so they wouldnt understand. Finally I used their contact information and got someone who did help me before. At best he was responsible which is kind of hard when youre not and at worst he was this one man show with no experience other than being good at building things that people can use without having any idea what theyre getting into especially if those people are looking for an industry-specific solution because there isnt one specific answer givenacknowledged in the support section of their website.This problem has been fixed now that I have him as a contact person instead of simply asked for suggestions
